MSX International is recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor to support the Jaguar Land Rover One App rollout within the Customer Relationship Centre in Coventry. This 12 month fixed-term contract is a full-time role on site with standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
You will handle customer enquiries, complaints and escalations, provide solutions, and document issues in our ticketing system while collaborating with JLR teams to follow processes and protect customer loyalty.
