Barclays is seeking an Onboarding Business Partner for its Private Banking team based in Jersey. You will be the primary contact for new account inquiries, guiding clients through onboarding journeys and coordinating with Operations.
You will support Relationship Management teams during client service reviews and events, helping to build relationships and gather verbatim feedback to win business and improve the NPS scores. Collaboration with Risk and Compliance is essential.
