Ravensbourne University London is seeking a part-time Student Support Officer to help manage student enquiries during weekday afternoons and evenings as part of the Student Services Team. The role runs 2.30pm-8pm, Monday to Thursday, 0.6 FTE, on the Ravensbourne campus.
Hours are fixed and not flexible. You will be the face of Student Services during evening teaching, responding to queries from students who visit the Helpdesk, and you will provide administrative support to the team to help
