Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Overtime:
Saturday overtime once per month when fully trained, paid at 150% (£21.54 per hour)
Contract:
Temp to perm opportunity for the right person

Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a busy waste removal company.
This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly team of 12 people based in an office environment. We are looking for someone who will be a great addition to the team.
We are looking for someone who is professional, hardworking,confident, with excellent people skills and the ability to work well in a busy customer service environment.
The Role You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and dealing with a variety of customer enquiries, including:
Handling customer service calls relating to waste removal
Taking bookings
Dealing with pricing enquiries
Handling general enquiries and customer queries
Resolving complaints and disputes
Dealing with trade waste contracts and related calls
Responding to emails regarding bookings, enquiries, queries and disputes
Providing a professional, helpful and efficient service to customers
About You We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is professional, hardworking and reliable
Has a confident and professional approach when dealing with customers
Has good people skills and enjoys working as part of a small team
Is comfortable working in a busy customer service office
Is confident speaking to customers over the phone and responding to emails
Doesn't mind working in a waste removal environment
Temp to Perm There is potential for the position to become permanent for the right person.
