Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and providing expert administrative support? We're looking for a Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our Retail Customer Services team.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, policy administration, payments, and account maintenance, ensuring customers receive a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. You'll act as a key point of contact for complex queries, support colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing, and work closely with the Customer Service Manager to help drive team performance and operational excellence.
