• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times, working to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the services.
• To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), across different payor types supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the site.
• Taking ownership & accountability of the customer journey and referral management of each customer.
• To maintain all patient records accurately and in accordance with national and/or local procedures and timescales, checking that all Minimum Data Set information is captured on patient records accurately.
• Adhere to data protection principles, ensuring all information (whether patient or organisation specific) is treated sensitively and confidentially.
• Experience, Knowledge & Expertise – Essential Administration experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages, with a high level of competency in Word, Excel, and in-house CRM systems.
• Demonstrate call management and call handling skills.
• Ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Well-presented and professional in appearance.
• High level of interpersonal skills and personal drive.
