Salary:

£14.25–£16.00 per hour (DOE)

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll become a key part of each patient’s journey, helping guide them through life-changing treatments while building trust and long-term relationships.

This practice is committed to investing in the right person.

For the first six months, you’ll work closely with the current Treatment Coordinator, receiving hands-on training before gradually taking ownership of your own patient journeys.

You’ll also gain experience in:

• Digital scanning
• Clinical photography
• Treatment presentations
• Patient finance discussions
• Treatment coordination
• Front-of-house and reception management

Dental Nurses will have the opportunity to maintain their clinical skills where appropriate while progressing into a more patient-focused coordination role.

• Becoming the main point of contact throughout each patient’s treatment journey
• Delivering a luxury-level patient experience from first enquiry to treatment completion
• Supporting consultations with scanning and clinical photography
• Coordinating appointments and treatment plans
• Providing front-of-house and reception support
• Building strong patient relationships and encouraging treatment acceptance
• Supporting the wider clinical team to ensure seamless patient journeys

Essential:

• Previous experience within private dentistry or a premium hospitality/luxury customer service environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Confident, organised, and proactive approach

Highly Desirable:

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
• Experience working within private dentistry
• Implant or cosmetic dentistry exposure
