Location:
Wolverhampton
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 (DOE)
An established and growing architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join its Wolverhampton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technical professional to take a leading role in the delivery of projects across a range of sectors, working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The Role:
* Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information using Revit
* Preparing Building Regulations submissions and supporting planning applications where required
* Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
* Developing technical design solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards
* Attending project meetings, site visits, and design team reviews
* Assisting with project management, quality assurance, and technical coordination
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
* Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with programme requirements
Requirements:
* Significant experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and building technology
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience producing detailed construction packages
* Experience coordinating projects through planning, technical design, and construction stages
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* CIAT accreditation is desirable but not essential
