Smile Education is currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience in a supportive school environment that values professional development and student success.

Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
Supervise students across a range of secondary subjects
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed
Support student learning and classroom behaviour management

This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in education or gain classroom experience before teacher training.

To apply for this Sports Coaching role, you will need:

Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
Ability to manage behaviour calmly and professionally
Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about education

PAYE and Umbrella payment options
