Salary: £39,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Contract: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – Open all year round except bank holidays

This is a rare opportunity to manage our well-established Wolverhampton nursery, opened in 2014, and guide a passionate team in delivering outstanding early years education and care. We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking Nursery Manager who thrives on empowering others and driving continuous improvement.

As Nursery Manager
, you’ll be the driving force behind the nursery’s success—leading with vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring excellence in every aspect of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire: Motivate and support a passionate team to deliver outstanding care and education
• Maintain high standards: Ensure EYFS compliance and promote strong progress for all children
• Champion safeguarding and inclusion: Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives
• Build strong partnerships: Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies
• Drive performance: Monitor occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop your team: Conduct observations, appraisals, and support ongoing professional development

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher)
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in early years and management
• Proven success in leading teams and creating inspiring learning environments
• Strong communication, organisational, and safeguarding skills
• A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s lives
