The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 teacher to join the Woodfield family of teachers, children and governors to our outstanding School. We are looking for a good/outstanding Upper KS1 child‑centred practitioner with:
- High expectations of children and a proven commitment to raising standards.
- The ability to motivate, support and inspire children and peers by example.
- Successful teaching experience in a primary school.
- Excellent and proven English, maths and wider curriculum subject knowledge.
- Proven skills of organisation and time management.
- The ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the safeguarding of children.
- Commitment to the distinctive Christian nature of the Trust.
