The Wulfruna Partnership are seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join Merridale Primary School’s team.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
- has experience of working with children across the Primary age range, including those with additional needs, encouraging and supporting them to achieve their full potential
- experience working with Key Stage 2 children will be an advantage
- has experience of working with children who have English as an Additional Language
- has a good standard of Literacy, Numeracy and IT skills. Can communicate effectively
- can support children to meet their individual learning goals through contributing to their Individual Provision Plans and Educational Health Care Plans
- has experience of working with children presenting challenging behaviours
- is resilient and passionate about the social, emotional and mental well-being of young people
- is dedicated, creative, enthusiastic and highly motivated
- can work effectively as part of a team and is committed to raising standards for all children
- provides a positive, safe, supportive learning environment
