A welcoming primary school in WV11 is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND experience to join their supportive team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in their learning environment. Knowledge of Read Write Inc. is highly desirable.

Role Responsibilities
Supporting children with SEND in class and through targeted interventions
Assisting with literacy and numeracy programs, including Read Write Inc. where applicable
Working closely with teachers and the SEND team to meet individual pupil needs
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Monitoring and supporting pupils’ progress and well-being

About You
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting children with SEND
Familiarity with Read Write Inc. is preferred
Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making a difference
Strong communication and teamwork skills
