Position: Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant (Contract)
Location: Bilston

ABC Teachers are partnering with a welcoming primary school supporting in a nursery class in the Bilston area that provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children of Nursery age. They are centred around fostering the development, well-being, and happiness of every child, while creating a supportive and team working environment for it’s staff members.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistant to join us here at ABC to support our nursery on a long-term basis at our partnered school, starting ASAP. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to the nursery aged children, working alongside their experienced team to ensure that each child receives the best possible start in life.

Working for our Primary school in Nursery you'd be working 08::30 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for the children.
Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child’s progress.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Adhere to all nursery policies and safeguarding guidelines.
Supporting with toileting is essential in this setting

About You:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication skills and a caring, approachable nature.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
