• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies.
• Fully immerse themselves in school life

• Bring a positive, proactive attitude to enhance pupils’ learning and overall school experience.

• A warm, welcoming, and well-respected school within the local community.
• Educates pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 2.
• Classes are grouped by ability rather than age
  , meaning groups will be mixed‑age.
• Strong relationships with parents and carers, creating a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

• A relevant qualification related to working with children or supporting learning.
• UK-based school experience
  , with a reference that specifically comments on your interaction with children
  .
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  , or willingness to apply for one through Smile Education.
• Confidence, resilience, and a passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
