Smile Education is currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on classroom experience in a supportive school environment that values professional development and student success.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
• Supervise students across a range of secondary subjects
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed
• Support student learning and classroom behaviour management

• Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
• Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage behaviour calmly and professionally
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about education

• Daily rate of 90-120
• PAYE and Umbrella payment options
• Holiday pay of 12.07%
• Referral scheme up to 200
• Dedicated consultant working within your area
