Salary: £110-£130 per day, dependent on experience

Smile Education is proud to be working on behalf of a wonderful and welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton to recruit a strong and experienced HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for a full-time role covering classes across the school EYFS-Year 6 with a strong focus on SEND provision.

The school is seeking a confident and adaptable HLTA to support learning in an internal SEND provision. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference in a vibrant school community. This would be great for ECTs looking for experience across all year groups or experienced teachers looking for flexibility and no planning!

• Delivering planned lessons and learning activities
• Supporting across all year groups & in on-site SEN provision
• Providing intervention support and classroom cover
• Working closely with class teachers and support staff

• Qualified HLTA with experience in across all year groups
• Confident leading whole-class learning
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to high standards
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
