We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Teaching Assistant to work across a variety of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Wolverhampton. This Teaching Assistant role offers day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements, providing essential classroom support from Early Years to Key Stage 2 within the Wolverhampton area.

• Assist class teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Support classroom behaviour management strategies.
• Encourage independence and promote a love of learning through positive reinforcement.

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or education and training setting.
• A genuine passion for helping children grow and succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a team-focused attitude.
• An enhanced DBS check (we can help with this if required).
