We re seeking a committed Cover Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Walsall on a permanent basis
.

Position: Cover Teacher
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay: £100 per day
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

As a Cover Teacher, you ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to secondary students. You ll ensure classes run smoothly in the absence of the regular teacher, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

• Deliver pre-set lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Maintain classroom control and a positive learning atmosphere
• Support students with their learning and behaviour
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after cover lessons

• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confidence teaching across a range of subjects
• Suitable for Cover Supervisors or experienced Teaching Assistants ready to step up
