Job DescriptionBrambles Day Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 5 Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education while working in a supportive environment that promotes growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0‑5.
- Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s learning and development.
- Work closely with experienced staff to assess children’s progress and identify individual needs.
- Engage with parents and families to support children’s learning at home.
- Participate in off‑the‑job training sessions and complete the necessary coursework to achieve your Level 5 qualification.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential.
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- A supportive and friendly work environment.
