We are seeking energetic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support our specialist autistic and SEND provision at Tettenhall Wood School, part of the Amethyst Academies Trust. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about inspiring learners to reach their full potential, whether they have prior teaching experience or not.

Position Details
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 32.5 hours per week;
    Monday until 16:30pm
  • Grade / Salary: Grade 4 part‑time 7 – £25 584 – £27 269, FTE starting salary £19 329
  • Grade / Salary: Grade 5 part‑time 12 – £30 024 – £33 699, FTE starting salary £22 683
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Closing Date: Tuesday 6th January 2026 at 9:00am
  • Start Date: To be confirmed
  • Interviews: Week commencing Monday 12 January 2026

The role will involve supporting class teachers with the preparation of lesson resources, supporting pupils during lessons, and supporting the care needs and well‑being of pupils throughout the school day.
