Empowering Learning Ltd is looking for a SEND Behaviour specialist to work in a school-based environment in Surrey London borough. The role will involve supporting children with varied SEND needs such as Autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties in classroom or 1:1 settings. The position starts ASAP.

Hours of work: 8:00 – 16:00, 5 days a week, full contract commitment required.

• Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviour.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.
• Commitment to a 5-day contract.

• Dedicated consultant committed to finding the right role and setting.
• A fast clearance process, mostly accessible online.
• Termly CPD opportunities – TEAM TEACH / SEND Workshop.
