Job Overview

33.75 hours per week. Fixed term contract for 1 year in the first instance.

The Wulfruna Partnership are seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join Bantock Primary School’s team.

Candidate Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
  • experience working in a primary school setting
  • a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies
  • experience of supporting pupils with SEND/EAL needs across different year groups
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • a positive, proactive and nurturing approach.

The successful candidate will be subject to necessary pre-employment checks, including: an enhanced DBS, Prohibition List, Barred List, Childcare Disqualification (where applicable); qualifications (where applicable); medical fitness; identity and right to work.
