SEN Teaching Assistanto join a thriving SEN school in Wolverhampton from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and play a crucial role in their academic and personal development.

• Provide one-to-onesupport for students with EHCPs across various year groups.
• Deliversmall group interventionsfocused on academic, social, or emotional support.
• Assist teachers in implementing tailored strategies that meet the individual needs of each pupil.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and teaching team.
• Support students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, MLD, SEMH, and Comple needs in both classroom and pastoral settings.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for students.
