The Role
* Delivering targeted one-to-one and small group support for students with special educational needs
* Supporting teachers in planning and delivering differentiated and accessible lessons
* Adapting resources and teaching strategies to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
* Promoting independence, confidence, and positive attitudes towards learning
* Liaising effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support
The Ideal Candidate
* A graduate or soon-to-be graduate from any academic background
* Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable, though not essential (training will be provided)
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a genuine passion for inclusive education
* A strong communicator who works well as part of a team and is eager to develop professionally

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
