Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a supportive and committed primary team.

The ideal candidate will foster a positive classroom culture and deliver high-quality teaching that supports pupils' academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Year 4 national curriculum. Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress using a range of assessment tools. Implement effective and consistent behaviour-management strategies. Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders. Build strong relationships with parents and carers through clear and positive communication.

Participate in staff meetings, CPD activities, and wider school initiatives.
