Business Lecturer

Recruitment managed by The Supply Register. The Supply Register is working in partnership with Wolverhampton College to recruit Business Lecturers to support delivery across Business, Enterprise and Professional Studies programmes within Further Education.

We are recruiting Business Lecturers for full‑time and part‑time roles, available on a temporary, permanent, or FE Bank (sessional) basis. Opportunities will be offered depending on experience, availability, and curriculum need.

• Deliver engaging and inclusive learning to students studying Business‑related qualifications.
• Teach Level 1–3 Business Studies and related programmes.
• Cover BTEC, vocational and professional pathways.
• Teach full‑time learners and adult students in a classroom‑based setting.
• Provide learner support and facilitate inclusive learning environments.
• Engage in short‑term, long‑term, or ongoing lecturing assignments.
• Appointments may be on a permanent, fixed‑term, or flexible FE Bank basis.

• A relevant Business, Management, Finance, or related qualification or equivalent.
• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Experience delivering Business programmes in FE or training environments.
• Experience teaching full‑time learners and adult students.
