Woodthorne Primary School is seeking a passionate SEND practitioner to lead our newly established SEND Hub. This is a unique opportunity to shape bespoke provision for pupils with complex and additional needs. The successful candidate will take day‑to‑day responsibility for the Hub, delivering high‑quality specialist support, coordinating provision and working closely with teachers, leaders, families and external professionals.
