Year group will be allocated based on the experience, strengths and preferences of the successful candidate; we are open to candidates with a preference for EYFS up to Year 6. We are also open to a range of subject specialisms, and welcome teachers who can bring their own passions and expertise to enrich our curriculum. Above all, we are looking for the right person, someone who will fit naturally into our warm school family, live out our values, and help our children grow in confidence, character and faith.

We use the CUSP curriculum across a range of subjects. CUSP is grounded in evidence informed practice and a deep understanding of how children learn best. Its pedagogy emphasises:

• Retrieval practice to help children remember and apply what they've learned
