Due to increase in capacity, we are excited to be recruiting for a Early Years Teacher to join our team.

Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday, variable hours between 7:15 am-6:00 pm

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 pa

• Experience of working within EYFS
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to understand and adhere to policies and practices of the business
• If you should hold a relevant and approved QTS for working with Early Years or EYPS/EYTS

• Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
• Observe, support and extend children’s learning through planning appropriately for children using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance
• Maintain accurate and effective children’s records, both managing own key group and overseeing general learning.
• Support the team to ensure high quality of teaching and learning is consistent.
• Ensure all rooms within the nursery offer high quality continuous provision.
• Work with the head of nursery and the management team to enable a sustainable progress plan.
• Work with the team to reflect on practice and develop knowledge and understanding.
