Trainer in PSV Mechanics

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated PSV Mechanic to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers through Training.

Role Responsibilities (Once trained)

Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Public Service Vehicle mechanics.
Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

A minimum Level 3 qualification in HGV / PSV Mechanical repair  
Extensive industry experience in hands on Mechanics across PSV.
A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience working with young engineers or leading teams (Desired but not essential)
