Christ Church C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed and visionary Deputy Headteacher who will work in partnership with our headteacher, dedicated staff team and wider school community as we aim for all to achieve, grow and flourish.

Christ Church C of E Primary School is a large primary school with a Nursery provision, serving our local community of Coseley. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of our school. We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
- Will work closely with the Headteacher to lead and inspire staff and pupils alike, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning
- Has proven leadership experience in a primary school setting
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with proven ability to develop excellent and consistent practice in others
- Is passionate about inclusion and raising achievement for all pupils
- Has a strong understanding of curriculum design and effective teaching and learning strategies
- Has a strategic mindset, able to manage change and drive improvements with energy and optimism
- Keeps up to date with latest educational research and uses this knowledge to drive forwards standards and outcomes
- Has personal skills that inspire, motivate and challenge adults and children to evaluate, improve and succeed
- Has the ability to lead by example, working collaboratively and positively with the whole school community
- Unfailing optimism and a sense of moral purpose
