Are you a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher looking for opportunities within supportive primary schools in Wolverhampton?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic ECTs for a range of primary school roles, available for an immediate start or from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your confidence, gain valuable classroom experience, and develop your teaching career in welcoming school environments.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils' academic and personal development
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and school leadership teams
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing primary teacher training
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for primary education and pupil achievement
Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
