Head of School – Wolverhampton

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of School to lead a specialist SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Wolverhampton on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where young people with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs can thrive.
The Role
Lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the school
Drive excellence in teaching, learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
Support and develop staff
Promote a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For
QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
Leadership experience within a school or AP setting
Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and behaviour support
Passionate, resilient, and student-focused

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
