Vision For Education is currently seeking Classroom Supervisors to work in SEN Schools in the Wolverhampton area. We've had an exceptionally busy academic year and anticipate even more activity in the upcoming year. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist students as needed to ensure their educational development.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures to maintain a structured environment.
  • Communicate effectively with teaching staff and administration to support the overall educational mission.

About you
  • Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism and looked after children.
  • Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
  • Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.

Vision For Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
