We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a Grade 3 Teaching Assistant at Wightwick Hall School to support children with additional needs. The position is structured for 30.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday during term time, offering a salary based on Grade 3 SCP 4 FTE of £25,185, with an actual salary of £17,789.
The role requires experience with children who have complex needs and a commitment to safeguarding their welfare. Ideal candidates will demonstrate mutual respect towards students and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
