SEN Teacher
The Education Specialists are seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join a school in Dudley, supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning and achieve their potential. This is a full‑time, long‑term position, working within a specialist SEN provision. The school has a strong focus on inclusive practice, personalised learning and pupil wellbeing, making it an excellent opportunity for an SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND
- Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies
- Experience supporting needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs
- Ability to plan and deliver personalised learning
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
- As part of our registration process, you'll need an enhanced DBS check and we'll need to see and copy your original qualifications before any placement. Teaching roles require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
- Work closely with the SENCO and wider support team
- Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
