Perry Hall Primary School - Cover Supervisor

Perry Hall Primary School (Part of Perry Hall Multi‑Academy Trust) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic cover supervisor to join our staff team.

Cover Supervisor – Permanent

Contract:

35 Hours per week, Term Time Only.

NJC Pay Scale, Grade 5, Points 15 – 22 (FTE £30,024 – £33,699). Actual Salary £24,429 – £27,419 per annum.

• Provide effective supervision and management of whole classes across Key Stages 1 and 2 during staff absence or where cover is needed, ensuring pupils remain engaged, safe and supported in their learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold the Trust’s values, maintaining a high standard of learning and conduct at all times.
• When not covering absence, PPA or leadership time, work with targeted groups of pupils.

• Current or impending teachers’ registration (or equivalent qualifications).
• Acceptance of enhanced DBS disclosure and completion of the disqualification by association declaration form (Childcare Disqualifications Regulations 2009).
