Colton Hills Community School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our excellent team.
We are committed to ensuring the safeguarding of all staff and students; successful candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and online/social media checks.
Responsibilities- Supervise lessons for absent teachers as required.
- Facilitate and encourage learning to help all students achieve their potential.
- Work with colleagues to support high standards of behaviour and attainment.
- Implement school policies and procedures.
- Experience working with or caring for secondary‑school‑aged children is essential.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
- Good communication skills; calm and respectful manner.
- Reliable, trustworthy, able to work within the school's policies and procedures.
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
- 37 hours per week (30 minute lunch each day)
- Term time only
- Start date:
1 September 2026
Closing date:
Monday 22nd June 2026 at 9 am.
