Job Overview

Randstad Student & Worker Support is looking for reliable, committed individuals to provide Specialist Note taking support to students with disabilities. The role involves attending lectures, seminars and group tasks to produce accurate, legible notes that meet student needs.

Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars/tutorials, and group tasks.
  • Review notes at the end of the lecture and ensure a suitable format for student access.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with students and uphold confidentiality.
  • Act in the best interests of learners while adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Randstad to address individual student needs promptly.
  • Act professionally and share relevant information with Randstad to deliver the best service.
Requirements
  • Great typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to work quickly under time constraints.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills.
