We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Pastoral Mentor to join our team. This role combines pastoral care with classroom support, ideal for someone passionate about student wellbeing and educational development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional, social, and behavioural support to students, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff as a Teaching Assistant, supporting lessons, small group work, and individual learners to achieve their full potential.

GCSEs in Maths and English C or 4 grade and above (or an equivalent). - Knowledge:
Understanding of alternative provision and working with students with special needs. - Experience:
Working within an education setting or equivalent. - Communication:
