This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate language specialist to join a supportive and ambitious academy committed to delivering high-quality education and raising student achievement. As a Teacher of MFL, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach either French, Spanish, or both languages
, fostering a love of languages and cultural understanding among students.

• Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons that engage and challenge learners.
• Teach French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
• Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to departmental planning and academy-wide initiatives.
• Support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject.
• Experience teaching French and/or Spanish within a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A commitment to raising standards and improving student outcomes.
