Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Recruitment Team. The UK Recruitment Coordinator (FABSS) is a key role within our UK Recruitment and Partnerships Department. You will lead delivery of key projects and activities of the recruitment operational action plan, feeding into our overarching University UK recruitment strategy, with responsibility for delivery at faculty and course level. You will be a lead contact for the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Science for recruitment across the prospect journey, managing the Recruitment Assistants and liaising with the Conversion team to deliver key activities for the faculty.
You will develop overarching faculty and course level recruitment action plans covering the full prospect journey from awareness to enrolment and manage operational delivery of activities in the awareness to application stages, working with the Conversion team on application to enrolment stages. You should have experience delivering promotional activity (including targeting and KPI monitoring), preferably within a classroom/training environment, and using a CRM system with strong data input and accuracy. You will be able to write reports including data analysis. You will understand the higher education student recruitment lifecycle for both post-18 and non-traditional learners and have experience planning and delivering promotional activity to support recruitment.
