Ambitious about Autism–The Rise School in Feltham is seeking a Teaching and Learning Assistant to join a dedicated team. The role is full-time, permanent, term-time only from 8am to 4pm, supporting autistic pupils aged 4–18 with a nurturing, inclusive environment.
You will help learners thrive academically, emotionally, and socially, using a positive behavioural approach. The role requires resilience, empathy, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
