Youth Development Officer (Term Time) - We Inspire
As a Youth Development Officer (YDO) with We Mind The Gap you will have the opportunity to be part of something special. Our award-winning programmes are delivered to young people with unashamed love, care, and consistency, providing them with the foundation they need to thrive.
In this role, you will be supporting the successful delivery of our in-school programme that nurtures a sense of belonging for students with gaps in attendance and engagement. You will be a role model who is there to make sure that, over the course of their We Mind The Gap programme, our young people in schools can continue to thrive in an education setting, and beyond!
