• Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Plumbing programmes
• Plan and prepare learning activities that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements
• Support learners in developing both theoretical knowledge and hands‑on industry skills
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment within classroom and workshop settings
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an outstanding learner experience

• Industry experience within Plumbing or Building Services Engineering
• Strong practical knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and health and safety requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting and developing learners
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
• A valid and up‑to‑date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
