Long Term Futures is seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Wolverhampton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, compassionate, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs.About the RoleWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs
• Supporting pupils to access learning both in the classroom and through tailored intervention activities
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive engagement throughout the school day
• Assisting with the implementation of individual education and behaviour support plans
• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and social development using positive strategies
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to create a safe and supportive learning environment
