Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Hours:

Full-time or Part-time

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across Wolverhampton.

• Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is an advantage.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
• Assist children with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
• Support the delivery of EHCP targets in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
• Encourage a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
