Head of Operations

We are a growing operator in Li-Ion battery recycling and processing, running complex, regulated facilities. We’re looking for a Head of Operations to take full ownership of plant performance and operational delivery.

This is a hands‑on, senior leadership role. No hybrid working. You will be on‑site, close to the operation.
Please note: candidates must live within a 45-minute commute of LiBatt Recycling in Wolverhampton — applicants outside this range will not be considered.

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across processing plants
• Deliver operational plant integration (new assets, upgrades, process change)
• Drive efficiency, compliance, safety, and cost control
• Provide clear, accurate senior stakeholder and board‑level reporting
• Build and lead high‑performing operational teams

• Senior operations experience in waste, recycling, batteries, or heavy industry
• Proven track record in integrating and scaling operational plants
• Confident reporting to senior stakeholders
