Asset Surveyor role with Department for Work & Pensions in Scotland. You will support the Lead Asset Surveyor and Investment Planning Lead in delivering the Life Cycle Works (LCW) strategy, maintaining asset condition data, and providing lifecycle planning across 100+ sites.
The role requires extensive travel; a full UK driving licence is essential. A fully funded hire car will be available for site visits, with HMRC mileage rates if using your own vehicle.
